Bruce has been in the automotive repair business for roughly 25 years. He is a US Navy Veteran. He is originally from Philadelphia but moved to Texas to be closer to his grandkids. During his off hours, he coaches his granddaughter’s softball team. Bruce’s interesting fact he chooses to share is he loves to work out and stay in shape.

Automobile accidents are stressful enough without the added strain of dealing with a collision repair center that will not guarantee their work. We are committed to your total and complete satisfaction and will do what it takes to make sure you are happy and confident with your vehicle repairs.

Key points of our Limited Warranty include:

  • All Car Collision warrants the repairs against defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the
    customer owns the vehicle.
  • All Car Collision will repair or replace any parts which prove to be defective by reason of improper
    workmanship or materials without charge for related parts or labor.
  • Warranty does not cover any defects caused by unreasonable use, lack of maintenance, or lack of care of the vehicle.

Frequently Asked Questions

Am I required to go to the facility that my insurance company recommends?
No, we recommend that you go to a shop that you know and trust. (We hope that is us.) Your insurance company cannot require you to go to a particular repair facility. You have the right to choose your repair shop.
What is a deductible?
A deductible is the portion of your collision repair paid by you if the repair is paid for by an insurance company. Your insurance company will be able to tell you if a deductible is applicable and what the amount of your deductible is. Deductible amounts are established at the time you purchase your auto insurance policy.
How should I have my car inspected and/or appraised?
Generally, an insurance company will send out an inspector to review the vehicle damage and direct you to a mechanic who will appraise the cost of vehicle repairs. Because every policy differs (including who handles inspections and appraisals), you should contact your car insurance provider.
Who is responsible for car repair costs?
Generally, the insurance company of the party at fault is responsible for paying car repair costs; however, some factors could muddy those waters. For example, if the fault isn’t yet determined, you might file a claim with your own insurance company and, after determining the other party was at fault, your insurance company might file for reimbursement.
Can you fix other, unrelated damage while my vehicle is there?
We will be happy to provide an estimate to repair any other damage. Please let us know about any unrelated damage when you are dropping your vehicle off. Often times it is the least expensive time to complete additional repairs, as the insurance repair may overlap into what you need to have done. We can also offer full-service mechanical repairs while your vehicle is here.
How long is the Warranty on the collision repairs and the paint job?
We warranty all of our repair workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle. The parts’ warranty will vary based on the manufacturer of the part.
If I receive a check from the insurance company, do I keep it, or give it to you?
If your insurance company has already prepared an estimate, we will use that as the initial basis for repairs to your vehicle. If they have issued you a payment, that and any deductible owed will be paid to the shop upon completion of collision repairs. If there are any additional charges owed to complete repairs to your vehicle, we will handle it directly with your insurance carrier. In the end, you can endorse the check over to D&S upon completion of repairs.
Do you have a key drop?
Yes, we have a key drop at the front of the building in the event you need to drop your vehicle off after hours.
How do I pick up my rental vehicle?
Just drop your car at Our shop during business hours, let us know you are expecting a rental vehicle, and the rental company will come pick you up and take you to their facility.
Can I get Mechanical Services done on my vehicle while it is in the body shop?
Absolutely! We offer a full-service mechanical shop as well as collision. Communicate to the estimator what you would like to have done while it is here and we will coordinate it.
What if I notice something that is not right, after picking up my vehicle?
You may bring your vehicle back in, or give us a call to discuss anything you notice that may seem abnormal and related to the accident or recent repairs. Our goal is to restore your car to pre-accident condition.
What if my car is totaled?
Usually, an insurance company will deem a vehicle a total loss (or “totaled”) if the cost to repair the vehicle exceeds a certain percentage of the vehicle’s worth.
